Lucid Dreaming is often a great way to move on to Astral Projection if thats what you wish to do. What you might try doing is 'programming' a doorway into your dreams...constantly reinforce in your mind that this doorway leads to the 'outside world'...meaning outside of your body. You may find that by stepping through this dream doorway you actually project your consciousness/spirit outside of your sleeping body. Peace,  |

i did this last night.....what i do is i go around finding people and i do it for like 1-10 min tring to get other people lucid - convincing them that their asleep/dreaming - (the trick is if its someone u know, making sure they are gonna remember in the morning....) also last night, there was a kid there tellling me to help him w/his monster (in his dream) i could hear thumping noises in the background like this giant was behind us (never saw it) and i told him to imagine the monster shrinking - its a dream so u can do that..i told him.....help other dreamers....love, |
