Date: 3/26/2001 8:45:00 PM From Authorid: 3538 Oh,I do not think the kill them all attitude is the way to solve things.I definitley feel that there should be an appeals process ,too.Actually,I am against the death penalty. My mind may change later, but for now I am against the death penalty. |
Date: 3/26/2001 8:45:00 PM From Authorid: 16612 I am a strong supporter of the Death Penalty.LOL, on my website I have a marquee that says "I SUPPORT THE DEATH PENALTY" and underneath that it says "Support Conservative Judicial Action".lol. and it has a picture of an electric chair.lol |

Like I said I am not against the Death Penalty,Tesser, but what about the ones that are innocent and because of inadequate representation were sentenced to die? Hey thanks Logan and Justice Griffin for reading and replying (well I am off to go get some ZZZZZZZ's) |
Date: 3/26/2001 9:11:00 PM ( From Author ) From Authorid: 27360 But you see Grey you are implying that every single one of those people on death row are guilty. I dont believe that every single one of them are. If only one of those men or women are innocent then dont we owe it to him to find out. after all what does it say about use if we kill him. I guess my only concern is what if a crooked cop plants evidence or a Prosecutor neglets to inform the defence attorney about some key evidence that would prove the defendent innocent |

Yes, i agree with you about your position, and i known sum coppers that are railroaders. I dna should be used. In this guys case, if he did it, slow or not, bye-bye. He used up his excuses when he did the dead. Great Post... |
Date: 3/26/2001 10:08:00 PM From Authorid: 16671 I agree with you, not all cases are black and white. Matter of fact I agree with you on all that you said. |
Date: 3/27/2001 12:10:00 AM From Authorid: 27500 Okay, I see your reasoning now. I was really talking about the people who were guilty beyond doubt. Child killer, especially. I do understand what you're saying. It makes perfect sense. Grey Soul |
Date: 3/27/2001 4:38:00 AM ( From Author ) From Authorid: 27360 Thanks Amigos for reading and replying. Its been maybe 15 years since I have written anything (thats about the time I got out of highschool) so I am a little rusty at it. But I hope I am getting better at it. When I first saw this site I said "hey I can do that" but now I see its not as easy as it looks. |
Date: 3/27/2001 9:39:00 AM From Authorid: 13387 If the murder was committed in 1979, that man has been in the appeals process for 21 (going on 22) years. That's just wrong, I don't care how mentally retarded he is. Either put him in a mental institution or strap him in the chair. For pete's sake, he's been in jail since Jimmy Carter was in the middle of his presidency. An ineffective justice system serves no one. The Shadow Crow. |
