You could make a salad, they are easy to make. I am having a salad for dinner right now, just use some lettice, tomatoe, croutons (spelling?), chicken, avocado. That´s usually the convination I like, you can add anything you like, with the dressing you like. I hope that helped. GOD BLESS |

Well,I myself have been trying to eat more healthier.I do not know if my eating habits sound too good,I do not think they are even healthy,but I will share it.lol!!!For breakfast,I drink a health shake.For lunch,I cut up mangos and banannas and strawberries and put them in a cup and squeeze lime juice on them with chile powder.Man,that is sooooooo good!!!!!I love fruit cups!!Then,for dinner,I eat a sensible meal,like chicken with vegetables or sometimes I just have another fruit cup with a slice of turkey.I do not think I was much help,but that is what I eat.lol!!Oh,and I try to stay away from the sweets,like chocolate and ice cream and popcorn .On Saturdy and Sundays is when I can have soda and a little bit of junk food.lol!! |

tuna is real good if you are watching out for carb. take(2) cans of tuna. drained add (2) Tables spoons salad dressing,a small diced apple, a little relish ,diced boiled egg,and garlic powder. serve on toast or plain bread with a sliced tomatoe,of course you know to mix this all up first, this is very good.I am the Island Girl. |

Hi..If you like quick and easy,healthy and yummy try this one..This is a casserole favorite..4 thick pork chops..6 medium potatoes,quartered..1 medium sliced onion..1 pkg frozen vegetables(my favorite is mixed brocolli cauliflower and carrots)1 cup sliced mushrooms..1 can mushroom soup,mixed with 1 cup of milk..Place the chops in baking dish.Cover with sliced onions..Arrange quartered potatoes on top..Arrange sliced mushrooms on top of potatoes..Pour mushroom mixture on top of all..Cover dish with aluminum foil..Bake in oven at 350% for about 30 mins.. |

the only thing i can offer is a chicken and pasta recipe... just cook your chicken real good and mix it in the pasta sauce... then top on any kind of pasta you like voila!!!!! chicken and pasta..... it's good |

guacamole and low fat baked chips are good.. take a medium to large advocado peel it and take out the pit, scoop in some salsa, dice up some fresh tomatoes and onions and dump it all into a bowl, take a knife and go crazy just chop everything until its a wierd color.. a reddish green brown.. looks wierd but tastes good. claudia |
