48 years ago my parents were foster parents to two caucasian girls, their ages at the time were around 6-8 years old. Judy had blond hair and was tall and slender and was the baby of the two, Ethel had brown hair and was the older of the two. The last known location of Ethel and Judy that i was aware of was Kinston casual training school for Ethel and Judy was adopted out to a family somewhere around Wilmington, North Carolina. Ethel went to school in Wallace the schools name was Wallace Elementary, Judy did not go to school at that time i have one picture of Ethel that year and one of her and Judy together. We were told by the courts that they were taken away from their parents who lived somewhere around Benson, North Carolina because they could not provide for the children. There were more brothers and sisters that Ethel and Judy spoke of but i am not sure of how many. I am their foster sister and i have looked for them several times over the years with no success, would just love to know that they are alright and see them again.
